Need a new salad recipe to whip out for the forthcoming Thanksgiving festivities?
Then lucky you. I have just the thing.
I consider this a bona fide winter salad, since the ingredients are tasty and available year-round. Though broccoli may not pop into your mind as the most auspicious of vegetables, I can wholeheartedly recommend this salad as a family favorite and crowd pleaser.
Fresh crunchy broccoli, smokey bacon, cranberries that lend both tart and sweet, sunflower seed nuttiness and a couldn't-be-easier light creamy dressing. Try this one, you'll be mighty thankful you did.
