Creamy Veggie Pinwheels

These creamy wonders are colorful, fresh and sure to please any crowd.  Even if its just you and your husband... using the Superbowl as an excuse to make delightful appetizers... which you have no intention of sharing with the kids.

Or that's what I've heard anyway.

Creamy Veggie Pinwheels
  • 2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red or green bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 4 (12 inch size) flour tortillas
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, and salad dressing.

Divide evenly among tortillas, spreading to cover completely. Sprinkle celery, red bell peppers and carrots over top. Roll up each tortilla tightly.

Wrap the tortillas in plastic wrap. Chill for a few hours.
Just before serving, slice each tortilla into 12 pieces. Yield; 24 servings.
